Shipping Domestic

The DIY boat kits will be dispatched from our Redfern Studio, Sydney warehouse within 10-15 business days from receipt of payment. The unpainted, built boats will be dispatched within 21 business days from receipt of payment. After dispatch, shipping time to most capital cities is usually 7-14 business days.

Delivery charges in Australia are based on order size and post code. Once your order has been placed we will contact you shortly by email with your calculated delivery costs.

AUSTRALIA: As well as delivery, we also offer a free Pickup service from our Redfern or Alexandria studio.

Shipping International

Shipping charges are determined by order size and postcode. Upon placing your order we will contact you promptly via email with your calculated shipping costs. All boats will be dispatched within 15 business days from receipt of payment. However, times may vary depending on the customs procedures of each country. It could take up to 4-6 weeks.

Return Policy

Quality and craftsmanship is our highest priority.

We guarantee our boats to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. BBCo gladly accepts returns of unused or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange within 30 days of order receipt date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
